Have you always wanted to take part in a triathlon, but been too nervous to compete alongside more experienced athletes? If so, why not enter the Erewash Novice Triathlon? It's aimed at people who ahev never taken part in a triathlon before, or perhaps only competed in one or two.

For more experienced athletes, there will also be the usual Erewash Triathlon on the same day.

We would love to hear from anyone who is interested in taking part and raising money for Nottingham's hospitals. If you're taking part, we can provide you with a fundraising pack, sponsor forms and a free T-shirt.
