Coffee mornings

Coffee Mornings and Afternoon Teas are wonderful ways to catch up with friends and neighbours, whilst 'raising a smile' at the same time. Consider booking a local school, church, or village hall and invite everyone in for a cuppa. Remember to put up posters advertising the event (contact us and we can send you some), call your friends and family to spread the word, and even put an advert in your local paper.

You could charge people a small fee to enter as well as something for the tea and cake, and donate the proceeds to whichever area of the hospital you wish. You may even be able to persuade local supermarkets to donate drinks and cakes, so get writing.
