Everyone loves a good night out - and with a little effort and a lot of fun you can turn a great night into a great success for Nottingham's hospitals.

Girls or boys-only nights are a brilliant way to raise money. Why not invite the girls over for a pampering or clothes-swapping evening? Or get the boys around the BBQ with some beers and ask for a donation in exchange. You'll be amazed how much friends and family are willing to give to a cause that's close to your heart.

Other great ideas include a James Bond casino night, 70s/80s disco or curry night - it really is up to you! Themed evenings are great fun to organise and even more fun to attend... so what are you waiting for, get your thinking cap on and get planning!
