Patients at our Children’s Hospital are looking forward to a well-deserved treat after NUH Charity purchased 200 tickets for them to see ‘Princess Wishes: Disney on Ice’.
Our children will look on as their favourite characters are brought to life by Disney’s team of award-winning figure skaters. The evening promises grand production numbers, lavish costumes, colourful scenery, memorable music and spectacular skating.
Tickets will be distributed by ward staff to children and their families in the hope of providing a fabulous night out for all the family during a difficult time. Laughter and relaxation contribute greatly to the healing process making this even more than a fun night out.
Over the years, grants from NUH Charity have paid for many children to attend the Disney on Ice shows, held in November at Nottingham’s National Ice Centre.
