Take the challenge of a lifetime whilst raising money for your local hospital. Join the NUH Charity team on Wednesday 2nd December at 6.00pm for the Glasswalking Challenge. Twenty feet of razor sharp shards from 1,000 wine bottles will be will be laid out ready for participants to strut their stuff, whilst raising greatly appreciated funds for any area of their choice within Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust.
Before embarking on the challenge, participants will undergo an hour of motivational training to prepare them. The training session examines the mind/body connection, explores comfort zones and expands them to overcome limiting beliefs. No elements of hypnosis or spiritual training are involved, only proven motivational and psychological methods. Those who wish can then walk the gauntlet!
In addition to raising greatly appreciated funds, past participants have described the event as empowering, inspirational and horizon expanding, with the motivational training providing long lasting benefits in helping to manage fear.
