• £45,000 for a complementary therapy service for children
• £34,000 for leading-edge laser equipment for new surgical techniques in prostate cancer patients
• £150,000 to aid research towards the early diagnosis of breast cancer
• £27,000 for a new purpose-built bereavement centre
• £20,000 to help the Clown Doctors raise a smile for NUH kids
